Warehouse Operative
Location: Dover
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
Shift Pattern: 3 Days / 3 Nights / 3 Off
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our clients growing manufacturing team in Dover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in warehouse operations.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in supporting production and ensuring materials and finished goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and store incoming deliveries
- Pick materials and products accurately for production and customer orders
- Pack and prepare goods for dispatch
- Complete stock movements using warehouse systems and scanners
- Load and unload vehicles safely
- Carry out stock checks and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift/Combi Lift where trained
About You:
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to working safely
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Forklift or Combi Lift experience is an advantage, although training can be provided
