Warehouse Operative – AM/PM Shift with up to £150 Performance Bonus

Job Title: Warehouse Operative. Agency: Job & Talent. Location: Altrincham WA15 0AF (Manchester Piccadilly bus provided). Duration: Ongoing. Pay: £12.31–£19.66 per hour plus up to £150 performance bonus.

Shift Patterns

• Day Shift: 07:00–19:00 (last hour £13.71)
• Night Shift: 19:00–07:00 (last hour £12.31)
• Rota: 4 days one week, 3 days the following week, including 1 weekend day.

Pay & Overtime

• Day shift base £12.31/h, weekend £13.51/h.
• Night shift £13.71/h.
• 60‑minute paid break – full 12h paid.
• Overtime: 1.5× basic rate after 48 hours worked in one week.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Picking and packing a wide range of products.
• Assigning work across different departments.
• Label, wrap and move pallets within the warehouse.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Willingness to learn new skills and processes; full training provided.
• Good communication and numeracy skills; good level of English.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent timekeeping and high performance.
• Full‑time role – must have full‑time Right to Work permitted.
