Remote Contact Centre Advisor – Part-Time (Hospitality)

Warner Hotels is seeking a part-time Contact Centre Advisor for our Hemel Hempstead support centre. You will help guests choose the perfect break, provide accurate advice and aim for high guest satisfaction.

The role includes weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday 0900-1800) and three weekday evenings, with home-based work supported by our equipment. You’ll engage guests, build tailored recommendations, and assist with bookings, benefiting from a competitive salary and uncapped commission.
