Cambria, part of the Wales & West Housing Group, is seeking a Trade Operative to join the Newcastle Emlyn office. You will deliver a wide range of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks, solving problems on the job and coordinating with residents.

The role offers a basic 40-hour week at £15.78 per hour, with additional pay for out-of-hours call-outs. A current driving licence is required; a company vehicle and fuel card are provided. Generous leave and pension options apply.
