Pilgrim’s Europe is hiring Abattoir Operatives for the Spalding site. You will work in the Abattoir Department performing carcass dressing tasks with knives and equipment. Previous Abattoir or butchery experience is essential to meet production standards and customer specifications.
The role is full-time permanent with a 06:30–16:00 shift, Monday to Friday, plus discretionary productivity bonuses and overtime paid at premium rates. Training and team-based work are emphasized.
