Senior Placements Broker – Social Care (Hybrid)

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking an Unqualified Senior Broker to deliver a high-quality Placements Service for children in care, ensuring placement stability and meeting the emotional, educational, cultural, and health needs of children. The post-holder supports foster carers, young people and families to maximise placement viability and prevent breakdowns.

Work will be 36 hours per week with a hybrid pattern of 2–3 days remote and 2–3 days in the office, depending on need.
