Hygiene Team Lead – Food Plant Safety & Compliance

Deeside cereals is seeking an Hygiene Team Leader to support the Hygiene Manager in delivering a robust hygiene and pest control service across the site. You will coordinate daily hygiene activities, supervise operators and drive improvements in hygiene processes to maintain audit-ready conditions.

You will lead by example, communicate effectively with teams, and help ensure safe working practices while supporting training and schedule development.
