Dual-Registered Children’s Home Manager: Lead 2 Sites

AA Euro Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a growing children’s residential care provider to appoint an Ofsted Registered Manager overseeing two specialist services in Hertfordshire (4-bed EBD home in Hoddesdon and 1-bed placement in Broxbourne).

The role requires strong governance, compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, and safeguarding leadership to deliver high-quality, personalised care and maintain Ofsted readiness.
