Area Sales Manager – Deep Foundation Machinery (NL/BE)

Mind Partners is partnering with BAUER Machines SAS to appoint an Area Sales Manager for the Netherlands and Belgium. This role oversees all customers in BE and NL, develops markets, and leads sales strategies to grow revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in business development and engineering, is fluent in Dutch and English, and has 5+ years in operational or technical sales of civil engineering machinery or deep foundation machinery.
