Global Total Rewards & Benefits Manager

myPOS is expanding its Total Rewards function across Europe and the UK. This hands-on role owns compensation and benefits cycles, maintains benchmarking data, and advises on country-specific pay and benefits to ensure internal equity and market alignment.

You’ll lead MIP administration with PE owners, manage schedules, and support communications. You’ll harmonise benefits across 10 countries, partner with providers, and ensure data flows through BambooHR and Deel.
