Catering Manager: Lead Café & Events at Scenic Park

South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead café and bar services at Chatelherault Country Park in Hamilton. You will oversee operations, develop menus, manage budgets and lead a dedicated catering team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences.

The role is fixed-term until 31 March 2027, 35 hours per week, with varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
