As an Interim Manager, you will:
– Oversee the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care. – Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals. – Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. – Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs. – Liaise with families and other healthcare providers to coordinate care. – Provide training and support to staff on specialised care techniques.
