What you'll be doing:* Lead the service to ensure it is safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led in line with CQC standards* Maintain high-quality compliance and strong governance so standards are consistently met* Provide leadership that keeps people at the heart of every decision* Champion a culture of integrity, compassion, and professionalism* Apply professional judgement in complex situations, including safeguarding matters* Ensure medication management follows best practice* Represent the service professionally with colleagues, professionals, stakeholders, and external agencies
What you'll bring:* Previous management and leadership experience in health or social care* Confidence to inspire, motivate, and support others through strong leadership* A personable, approachable management style, with integrity, honesty, and accountability* Diligence and organisation to maintain high standards consistently* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and developing high-performing teams
