Highways Capital Project Lead – Hybrid Hull

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Highways Capital Project Manager to join a Local Authority highways programme in Hull. You will manage delivery of schemes, coordinate designers, contractors and stakeholders across design, procurement and construction, and report on progress and risks.

The role is a 6-month initial contract with potential extension, hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days elsewhere). Paying £50–£60 per hour Umbrella PAYE.
