Late-Shift Production Team Leader – Food Manufacturing

Holt Engineering in Ringwood is seeking an experienced Production Team Leader for a late shift (12:30pm–10pm), Mon–Fri. Salary £32,500–£34,000 DOE.

The role focuses on leading the production team to hit daily targets, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output, and maintaining strict traceability through ERP/QMS. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a supervisory role within food manufacturing, with knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and BRC standards.
