Job Description:
North Tyneside Council is seeking a Claims Support Officer to assist the Claims and Insurance team with insurance renewals, tenders, claims and queries. The role supports renewals, tenders, data handling and claims, contributing to resident safety and protection of the Authority from claims.
You will work with the Insurance manager and team to provide day-to-day operational support, handling admin duties, customer interactions, and data management.
