North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking an ICC Dispatcher to join the Integrated Contact Centre in Broughton. You will dispatch emergency resources and communicate with paramedics while operating in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
Full training will be provided, with a three-week training programme at Merseyside and Manchester sites. Applicants should have GCSEs, strong keyboard skills, and the ability to multi-task and make quick decisions.
