The Urban Fermentery makes kimchi, pickles and fermented foods from a BRCGS-certified site in Suffolk. Seven figures of revenue. Multinational supermarkets. A bigger site incoming and a plan to 4x the business to eight figures in the next twelve months.

We need someone to own it end to end: production, planning, quality, supply chain, people, cost and capex, the site move, and the new ranges coming behind it. Three experienced managers reporting in Technical, Production, and Operations & Planning — and the founder working alongside you, not over you.

We're not after a caretaker. We want the operator who's already run a site through a step-change like this, or the number two who's been itching to run the whole board.
