Location: Teddington, Southwest London with flexibilitySalary: 40,461 per annum

Were looking for a Housing Advisor to take on all aspects of housing management, including antisocial behaviour (ASB), managing complex customer cases, and consistently delivering an excellent service to support our customers and keep them safe.
A typical day for you would include investigating and resolving housing management and ASB cases, representing RHP at multi-agency case reviews, working with our legal partners, and representing RHP in court.
Youll have experience in a similar role, managing all aspects of housing-related cases including ASB, and will be able to deal confidently with challenging behaviour and situations. With an obsession for detail and getting things right, youll be self-motivated, taking ownership to resolve cases. A great team player, youll put the customer at the heart of everything you do, establishing strong working relationships, and building trust by doing what you say you will.
Youll also be able to travel to attend meetings and carry out regular site and customer visits.
