Loungers plc is hiring a General Manager to lead Navarro Lounge, a local café bar. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage a full shift schedule, and build a high-performing team in a busy hospitality setting.

You’ll partner with the Head Chef, monitor GP and labour, and develop your staff through in-house training and progression programs. A 40- to 48-hour contract is standard, with bonus potential.
