In-House Counsel: Contracts, IP & Governance

Birmingham City FC (the Club) seeks an in-house lawyer to provide practical legal support across commercial, governance, risk and compliance matters in a fast-paced football environment. You will advise across departments, draft and negotiate contracts, protect the Club’s IP and data, and help manage risk and governance frameworks.

You will translate complex legal issues for non-legal stakeholders and contribute to the Club’s strategic aims on and off the pitch.
