Director, Cost Management – Cardiff Hybrid Leader

Gleeds in Cardiff seeks a senior quantity surveying/cost management leader to become the discipline lead for the Cardiff cost management team. You will shape the success of the cost management business in Cardiff, leading by example, driving revenue and team growth, and upholding Gleeds values.

Leading a team of around 18 cost management professionals and reporting to regional directors, you will collaborate with peers across our South West region and the wider UK & global business.
