Bid Manager — Leeds (On-site Gym) with Commission

SBFM is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our growing Commercial team in Leeds. You will manage the bid process from opportunity through to submission, producing compelling, compliant proposals that help us win new business and support ambitious growth.

You’ll collaborate with the Head of Bid Management, Business Development and Operations to tailor responses, manage deadlines and maintain high-quality submission documents while developing our bid content and knowledge libraries.
