Senior Compounding Pharmacist – Lead Sterile Lab Ops

HeliosX is seeking a Senior Compounding Pharmacist to lead sterile and non-sterile operations at the Leamington Spa Hub. You will drive compliance with GPhC standards, MHRA/EMA guidance, and ISO/ICH practices while overseeing production, lab management, and a skilled team.

You will manage documentation, change control, training, and audits, ensuring high quality and patient safety in all compounded products. This role is Monday–Friday, based in Leamington Spa.
