Senior Golf Course & Landscape Manager

Mad Swans in the South Downs is recruiting a Golf Course & Landscape Manager to lead a growing team and oversee both golf course maintenance and wider site landscaping. The role involves hands-on management in a new concept venue with a 12-hole course opening Summer 2025 and autonomous mowing systems.

This on-site, full-time position requires a proactive leader with P&L oversight, a passion for outdoor spaces, and the ability to work across multiple disciplines from horticulture to irrigation
