Ensera Design is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the medical device sector, focusing on Radiology, IVD and Surgical technologies. You will lead consultative engagements, build senior stakeholder relationships and shape client solutions from initial engagement through to contract award.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to articulate value, manage opportunities across the full sales lifecycle, and collaborate with expertise teams to deliver compelling proposals.
