Senior Product Designer — End-to-End Ownership (Hybrid, Manchester)

Innova Recruitment is partnering with a growing consumer business to recruit a Senior Product Designer in Manchester. You will own customer journeys from discovery to optimisation, shaping experiences across multiple brands, and partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, CRO and Data teams to drive measurable impact.

You’ll lead end-to-end design from discovery through to live performance analysis, iterating based on data and user feedback in a fast-moving environment.
