Global Risk & Compliance Manager – Insurance

JSS is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to run its global regulatory compliance and risk framework across multiple jurisdictions. You will report to the CFO, sit on the international Group Regulatory Affairs Sub-committee, and lead a small compliance team.

You will own financial crime, sanctions, conduct risk, TCF, and privacy duties (GDPR/DPO exposure), manage the risk register, present to the Board, and drive regulatory strategy with senior stakeholders.
