Lead Interventions Manager – SEMH Education

Lexden Hall School in Colchester is seeking a Pastoral Interventions Lead to coordinate targeted academic interventions across the school, including line management of Intervention Assistants and performance management to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role focuses on evidence-based strategies to accelerate pupil progress in literacy, numeracy and other core areas, with responsibility for planned, data-driven interventions and MDT identification of needs.
