Claims Operations Analyst

Overview

Our client, a Lloyd’s Syndicate, has a new opening for a Claims Operations Analyst. Duties include supporting the day-to-day running of the claims operations function, maintaining accurate claims data, completing operational processes, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring claims activity is managed efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of the claims operations function.
• Maintain accurate claims data and ensure data quality for reporting and audits.
• Complete operational processes related to claims handling and administration.
• Support reporting requirements and contribute to operational dashboards and metrics.
• Ensure claims activity is managed efficiently, with attention to control, compliance, and service levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in claims operations, claims handling, or insurance operations.
• Strong understanding of claims processes, ideally within Lloyd’s, the London Market, or specialty insurance environments.
• Aware of Lloyd’s, regulatory, audit, and reporting requirements relevant to claims operations.
