Job Description:

You will manage EoT and delay/disruption claims, coordinate with controls, legal and commercial teams, and provide independent entitlement assessments.
The role requires 7–10 years in construction claims, strong knowledge of NEC/FIDIC/JCT contracts, and expertise in forensic delay analysis and planning tools.
