Jones FM in Central London seeks an experienced Building Services Engineer to own a prestigious static site. You’ll manage mechanical, electrical, and fabric systems on a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule, delivering planned maintenance and swift repairs while avoiding daily London commuting.

As the on-site technical lead, you’ll work with building managers, tenant representatives, and contractors, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth operation.
