Lead Nuclear Design & Engineering Programs

WSP is seeking a recognised Nuclear engineering leader to drive complex programmes and grow the UK Nuclear business. You will shape strategy, lead multidisciplinary teams and secure major opportunities with clients and partners.

You will operate in highly regulated environments, deliver FEED through to detailed design, provide technical governance and assurance, mentor engineers, and expand capability across WSP’s UK and global Nuclear communities.
