SUPPORT WORKER – Frome, Somerset (Bank Hours)
The client is a 77-year-old man who was involved in a road traffic accident in July 2013 in which he sustained severe injuries which included a head injury and fractures to the right side of his body. He is fully mobile and does not depend on any walking aids.
He was also diagnosed with Alzheimers and Vascular Dementia in January 2025
