Retail Customer Advisor – 15% Bonus, Flexible 30h

Three UK in Oxford is seeking a Retail Customer Advisor to join our store team. The role is full-time, 30 hours per week across five days, including weekends on a rotation, with a base pay of £13.72 per hour and an on-target bonus of 15%, paid monthly based on store performance.

You’ll focus on delivering outstanding customer service, helping customers understand plans and devices, and driving sales as part of a high‑performing team. Training is provided and progression opportunities exist.
