Senior Care Assistant & Home Care Mentor (Flexible Shifts)

Agincare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Minehead to provide compassionate home care, helping clients live independently with dignity. You will support and mentor teammates, perform spot checks, and build strong relationships with clients’ families.

A driving licence and flexible availability are essential, with up to 40 hours per week and shifts from early morning to late evening. We offer funded professional training up to QCF level 5, mileage paid, and a pension.
