SEN Reading Support Assistant – Passionate Educator

Milk Education is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly school in Maidenhead, supporting pupils with special educational needs. This full-time, term-time role requires a calm, patient and proactive approach, with DBS on update service or willingness to obtain one.

You will work with teachers to implement IEPs, provide 1:1 and small group support, and foster a positive classroom environment, ensuring inclusive learning for vulnerable learners across the school.
