Family Support & Early Help Practitioner – Flexible Hours

Lancashire County Council’s Early Help Service – Education and Children’s Services is recruiting a Family Support Worker to help children, young people and families stay safe, healthy and thrive. You will carry a caseload, deliver tailored, evidence-based interventions and work with schools and partners to provide joined-up support.

The role requires safeguarding commitment, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
