Reliability Operations Governance & Reporting Specialist

JPMorganChase is seeking a Governance & Reporting Associate / Operations Coordinator to support the Head of Reliability Operations. The role focuses on governance frameworks, controls, and reporting standards while coordinating pillar leads for Change, Problem, Incident Management and Software Quality.

You will build partnerships across Technology and Controls, plan monthly reviews, coordinate meetings, and produce high-quality monthly reports with accurate minutes and action tracking.
