Maintenance & Safety Technician for Luxury Care Home

Signature Senior Lifestyle in Hornchurch is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our luxury care and nursing home functional and beautiful. You will maintain, repair and improve systems, handling maintenance requests and advising on preventative measures.

You will perform PAT testing, ensure records are current, and work in line with health and safety guidelines to minimise disruption to residents, while supporting a caring environment.
