Visible Retail Security Officer & Customer Advocate

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a retail security officer to maintain a visible presence on the shop floor, deter theft, assist customers, and support store operations while meeting KPIs and SLAs.

You will deploy across multiple sites within a reasonable distance of your home address and complete all required training. The role requires an active SIA licence, CCTV familiarity, and the ability to respond quickly to incidents.
