Senior Legal Counsel – Private Equity Secondaries (London)

Capital Dynamics in London is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join the Legal Funds Team. You will support fund formation, structuring, negotiation and documentation for primary and secondary fund investments, both individual and portfolio positions.

The role involves cross-border coordination with external counsel and internal stakeholders. The funds lawyer will assist on establishment of new Secondaries Funds and related accounts, and provide guidance across tax, regulatory and governance
