Head of Revenues, Benefits & Council Tax

Essential Employment in Wembley seeks a lead officer to oversee Council Tax and financial matters, ensuring high-performing, well-managed Revenues and Benefits services. You will direct administration of Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support, and align delivery with client policy objectives.

The post holder will manage Revenues and Benefits operations, keep customers at heart of services, and deputise for the Director of Resident Service when required.
