Head of Year – Pastoral Leader & Student Wellbeing

Fir Vale Academy in Sheffield is seeking a Head of Year to lead a year group’s pastoral programme and support wellbeing and personal development.

You will work closely with the Head of Year, helping to maintain high standards of behaviour, attendance and academic progress while safeguarding students and organising activities.

The role offers a permanent contract, full-time hours, and a strong Professional Development programme within United Learning.
