Head of Year – Pastoral Leader

Harris Academy Beulah Hill in London is seeking an enthusiastic Head of Year to join our strong pastoral team. You will lead and manage the pastoral needs of your year group, developing systems to ensure students receive support to fulfill their educational potential.

This is a non-teaching role with the actual salary £36,036-£38,357 (38 weeks per year, 40 hours per week). You will work with staff, parents and outside agencies to improve attendance, behaviour and attainment.
