Remote EMEA Business Development Director

Lonza Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced EMEA Associate Director, Business Development to drive new opportunities across the region. You will hunt high-value partnerships and build executive-level relationships while shaping territory strategies for Lonza’s biologics and ADC service offerings.

In this fully remote role (up to 50% travel), you will lead cross‑functional teams, manage the sales pipeline, and influence development and manufacturing discussions to deliver mutual value.
