Senior M&A Associate – Consumer & Retail

Metis Search partners with a bulge-bracket investment bank seeking to strengthen its Consumer and Retail team in London. The firm offers exposure to high-profile transactions within a leaner, collaborative environment and strong deal flow across Europe and the U.S.

You will lead or support sell-side and buy-side M&A, build financial models (DCF, LBO, comparables), and prepare memoranda and client materials while building relationships with management teams, advisers, and investors.
