Senior Department Lead – Fashion & Luxury Retail

FENDI Harrods is seeking a Department Manager to work closely with the Store Manager, leading the department’s merchandising, stock, sales and customer journey. You will drive profitability, customer service and team performance across all daily activities, ensuring consistency with brand standards and VIP client engagement.

The role requires 5 years in a supervisor role within fashion/luxury retail, a strong selling mindset, and English fluency.
