Member Success & Growth Manager

The Key is seeking a Customer Success Manager in London to ensure members have a seamless journey from onboarding through renewal. You will work with the sales team to smooth transitions between pre- and post-sale touchpoints and drive ongoing engagement.

You will lead proactive outreach to encourage usage, membership growth and renewals, while collaborating with product, engineering and marketing to meet member needs. Strong English skills and a passion for education are essential.
