Two-Site Supply Chain Leader — S&OP, Planning & Service

DS Smith Europe is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead Customer Services and Planning across two manufacturing sites in the UK. You will drive S&OP, demand and inventory planning, and partner with Sales, Operations and Production to deliver exceptional service and efficiency.

You will develop a high-performing team, coach staff, and oversee planning, scheduling, logistics and customer service functions while driving continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
